Description: We are a group of Hardware & Software Hackers based in the Greater Manchester area.
Start Time: 10:00
End Time: 16:00
This will be a Social & Hacking Meeting, where people can show off their cool hacks, new software, make awesome gadgets, or just lounge about and chat!
As far as food and drink goes, you can bring your own food & drinks, and there is also an honesty bar if you forget. (Take a drink, give a donation).
We hold meetings every two weeks, on the Second and Fourth Wednesday of the month, and run a Hack Morning on the third Saturday of every month.
This month we have two short Arduino-related presentations:
Getting Started with Arduino – An introduction to the Arduino microcontroller board. I will run through connecting the Arduino, and creating and uploading a (very) simple program using the Arduino IDE.
ArduinLOW – A look at AVR microcontrollers. Bob Clough from HACman takes a look at the hardware underlying the Arduino development board, and covers how to code, compile, and upload programs to the AVR microcontroller family using native Linux software.
We are HACMan.
