This session will include an overview of the Lean Canvas, a variant of the Business model canvas (done by Alex Osterwalder).
Lean canvas is especially useful for startups with a lot of unknowns – customers , pricing etc.
The session will be pretty hands on like the last one.
Here’s what you need to bring along
1) Your laptop/ipad/netbook etc
2) Pens
3) Post it notes
As mentioned in one of my previous emails I will be collecting a token of £1 to go towards my meetup.com fees which people were ok with.
