These workshops are for micro and small Digital Design, Creative Media and ICT businesses to explore the importance of protecting your intellectual property (if any) whilst ensuring that services that you offer to your clients are as per contracts by using SLA’s to define deliverables.
The workshops will look at the different issues that may arise out of a contract with a client, and how best to protect your business and any IP that may arise out of it, thereby removing any misunderstandings that could lead to costly litigation.
