Whether you use CiviCRM or have no idea what a CRM is – Olly will talk us through it!

Oliver Gibson works for GMCVO (Greater Manchester Centre for Voluntary Organisation) managing the delivery of online CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database solutions to voluntary organisations across the Region. The use of open source software means that the solutions delivered can be done cost effectively and to a high professional standard with no vendor lock-in. GMCVO is the support (infrastructure) organisation for the voluntary sector in the sub-region of Greater Manchester.
