By reviewing the individual businesses strengths and skills set, this event should enable businesses to consider how to more effectively meet a tender specification, and importantly, to be able add value. The panel will consider the pitching process in terms of both public sector and private sector demands, as well as exploring the ‘best solution’ of going alone or in collaboration.

The workshop presenters will drill down to consider the process of preparing the pitch and how to put your best presentation together. This event will be concluded with a facilitated networking session to further assist in generating potential collaborations.

Event Outline:

4.00pm to 4.15pm : Delegate Registration

4.15pm to 5.00pm : Panel Introduction

We have invited representatives from both the Public and Private Sectors with specific experience in posting successful competitive tenders.

The panel include:

5.00pm to 5.45pm : Parallel Workshops – each block of 10 delegtes rotate

5.45pm to 6.30pm : Workshop 1: How to prepare your own pitch: Evaluate your own potential to address the bid increase your understanding of the tender, and match your skills against the tender, best to submit, withdraw or collaborate with others.

Workshop 2: How to put the presentation together, style and structure of your presentation, selling (or not selling) the technology or solution

6.30pm to 8.00pm : Wired City Reconnected (facilitated collaborative networking)
