Space! Wow, much confuse.

Thursday 27th February, 7pm until 9pm.

Join us for the launch of the Manchester Space Programme! Talks on the night from acting commander-in-chief (and Manchester Mini maker Faire organiser) Torben Steeg alongside MadLab’s resident deep space explorer Asa Calow. We’ll be discussing what’s planned for the coming months, including a potential “near space” incursion with a high-altitude balloon and DIY payload.

The Manchester Space Programme is a community initiative for anyone interested in space and space-related activities. It has been funded as part of the UK Space Agency’s ‘Space for all’ initiative and is the inaugural member of the ‘Makers in Space’ UK community network.
