This month, XPManchester will be revisiting one of its first sessions. @markkirschstein will be giving a talk about the core principles of extreme programming, how they benefit an organisation and how you can sneak them into your work place whilst your boss isn’t looking.
A session for all skill levels, those with experience of XP will be encouraged to offer their stories and advice to the new comers.
