Shift Click fulfils a long-held ambition – needed now more than ever – to create a high-impact end-to-end pipeline for young people under-represented in the digital industry in Stockport: from first steps through to confident career growth.

Over three years, MadLab will support over 300 18-30 year olds to learn about Web Development, UX, and Game Design. They’ll be supported by industry mentors, and partner Beacon Counselling. 

Shift Click builds on MadLab’s decade-plus of experience in delivering digital training in Stockport and Greater Manchester. In the last five, we’ve trained over 800 young people (many facing multiple barriers to employment) and seen over 65% into careers with the BBC, Co-op, Auto Trader, Music Magpie, DWP, Barclays and more.
